La Maison is a fine dining restaurant located in a hidden spot in the heart of Saigon. Influenced by Western culture, especially French, the restaurant impresses the diners with exquisite food and high-class customer service with a touch of contemporary fusion cuisine.

 

This project is my opportunity to get closer to the staff of La Maison in their natural habitat. I aim to showcase their environment, uniform, working tools and how they deliver the best experience to the customers. By shedding light on the essence of each member of the restaurant, I hope to reveal their personality and the beauty of their work.
